With such small requirements why are you needing a reseller package?
Reseller packages (generally) give more cpu as it's per account made. 1gb shared hosting packages for his clients if he's a designer. possibly want to split up his domains iinto separate cpanel accounts so he can distribute work to some virtual assistants. lots of reasons.

Go with the pony (BuyVM/BuyShared), I've been with them for awhile now and happy. Few quirks here and there, but those got sorted and support is always pretty quick. Can't complain.
