I don't mind it to be on SSL but I really want it to be https://cpanel.bornin.asia (i.e., on standard HTTPS port rather than port 2083), is it possible?
You mean to say, Cpanel login over :80? Not sure if that is a good idea. Use rxproxy.com if you can't access cpanel over your regular connection.
i am sure. the port is fixed for cpanel/WHM correct me if i am wrong . You might need to hack it, try contacting CPanel

Nope, on 443.
I will still want httpS
I remember an open source cPanel proxy which I edited a bit to port 443 a few years ago. Anyone remember the name?
Cpanelproxy.net? That domain is on auction on godaddy right now
I'd be interested to hear what you come up with @zhuanyi. I thought mine was working how you described at one point, but doesn't appear to be now.
Sorry, may I know what have you recommended?
I don't recommend anything :P mine doesn't work either.
