    Your SLA only applies to clients paying over $8.73/month. The SLA is what intrigued me most about this, however it appears that you're advertising for something that you won't actually honour.

    EDIT: Also, as far as I was aware - the way an SLA usually works is based upon the actual amount of downtime that there is. I may be wrong, could somebody else clarify this for me? I mention this because your SLA also only applies from the moment that a client opens a support ticket.

    Thank you for noticing this. Our SLA has been updated to reflect the following;

    1. All services, no matter the price point are covered by the SLA.

    Beyond that, your statement is true and false. We will honor our SLA agreement on known outages to all customers that have been affected. However, under most circumstances for individual investigations, yes, the clock starts when the customer submits a trouble ticket.

    @ElixantTechnology thanks for the quick update. Definitely an interesting offer given the price point, DDoS protection and SLA. Are these managed or unmanaged? I may give this a shot for a couple of sites that don't do much other than sit around for personal use.

  • Yes we are a managed hosting provider. Please keep in mind that any orders made after march 31 will not be eligible for the discount, and will return to their standard price point. However, I do believe even at the standard price point that we offer a pretty great package.
