VPS for email marketing with multiple IP's[UK]

Hi
i'm new to VPS ,Can someone recommend a good VPS provider ,my requirements are :
- 2 GB RAM (at least)
- 2 Core CPU
- Multiple IP's ( 10 at least ) (UK IP's)
everything else is not really important ,but,they should support all domain authentication (DKIM,SPF,rDNS) and with no limit's on sending emails .
any good suggestions/offers???
