Mullvad is a Public VPN service, after all.

And after this idiot thread, I think I'll be cancelling my subscription and going to AirVPN.

He said he was NOT associated with Mullvad, just borrowed their name a few posts ago.

  • Thanks for the Windows VPS offers. I am still looking for a Windows VPS.

To the winity.io guy who posted why do you need my real i.p? I did nothing illegal.

You do not need my real name and address either. You are not a regulated bank.

I don't have to use my real i.p. I choose not for privacy reasons. I don't see the problem.

Out of curiosity, have you had any luck ordering service with other provider without providing real information? IP?

Why would they trust you on their servers if you can't trust them with your real information?

  • Yes I have ordered many services without giving up my real information. No big deal!

Why should I trust a VPS provider with my real information? Why do they need?

VPS providers are not banks. VPS providers do not have any regulations to comply with.

If I pay by legitimate owned paypal or credit card they don't need any other information.

What is wrong with you ? Do you possibly have any active service with us ?

Saying they have no regulations to follow is completely incorrect. Taxes is one of the big ones. Businesses are required to store accurate valid records for years

This is to safe guard against potential costs if something bad happens.
Not speaking of you, more in general but if a customer rents a vps (yes, thats what its all about) from a provider. Anything bad you do from that VPS, willingly or not will taint the name of the provider since that is whats (in most cases) exposed to the real world.

If a VPS starts spamming emails line crazy, who do you think will pay the cleanup bill? First and foremost the provider, then they will come after the person renting the VPS for those costs.
If you haven't signed up with real information, how will they be able to track you down to claim their money?

Please tell me @mullvad please tell me your not one of my active customers as I can see most of the other providers in this thread would probably agree with me on if you didn't provide real info how did you get any service/vps/server as I would and most other providers would not allow you to sign up at all if you did fake info and also if this offends anyone please forgive me but I am just going to say it saying you don't want to give your real info that makes me think you either got banned/blacklisted at some provider for doing something illegal like spamming and now you don't like giving your info because you know they will pull that record and ban you also.
as no one I know needs 5-10 ip's just to have a bypass proxy(if they are doing things not illegal.)
and further I never heard needing 5-10 ip's to start with for anything.

  • @mullvad I'm curious- why would you use a company's name and logo for your username if you aren't affiliated with them?

There are many anonymous VPS, Dedicated Servers, VPN's, & Hosting providers.

    Example prq.se, cinpac.com, root.lu, elcatel.info, voxility.com, shinjiru.com.my

They all require zero personal information. I could name another 50 if you like?

Who says I can't use their name? Are you the internet police? Does it offend you?

I am not affiliated with them for the last time. I am just a supporter of their service.

  • @mullvad said:

If you can name so many examples, why can't you just use said examples?

No one is obligated to provide services to you, you're just acting like an entitled prick that's only willing to play it your way for a few measly dollars a month.

  • Interesting fact winity.io does not have a verified paypal account. Why not?

Legitimate business should be verified. I wonder if they are breaking paypal's TOS.

I think I'll report winity.io to paypal for operating a business without a verified account.

It's obvious they are not USA citizens. Support staff are obvious from foreign countries.

I'm not sure how stupid you are exactly. They are Non-US verified, which means they are foreign nationals with a verified PayPal.

    You should really just leave.

So it seems, however I still find it hard to believe company such as Shinjiru allowed fake registration since they are a reputable company from my country.

Back to the topic, winity.io is a brand Nodisto, Which is well know and respected here in LET for providing exemplary service. It won't get you anywhere trying to bring them down here.

I'll go away as you wish.

Why would you care? Its only a VPS that you wont provide correct information for anyways.

    Hypocrisy much?

Your the stupid one. Your also a massive troll. Piss off and don't come back.

They are all foreigners. They are not a USA owned provider. They are just re-sellers.

Why don't they use a verified account if they have one? Please explain that for me!

I'm not trusting my details to a bunch of Russians and Turkish folk who are VPS re-sellers

    Read that bit in bold.

    They do.

Just because they wont accept your order after failing to comply with their policies you decide to bash them all over your thread.

mullvad said: They are all foreigners. They are not a USA owned provider. They are just re-sellers.

Did you not know they own their own hardware? Or are you just annoyed that they are not US owned?

Maybe; your words not mine. You just seem to have an issue with foreigners.

mullvad said: They don't provide correct information

I'll bite, what didn't they provide?

  • drserverdrserver Member, Host Rep

    here is what i think.
You are running spam operation (that is why you need 5 ips) and you are hiding your real identity behind someone else identity. Winity guys caught you and you are now bitching here. Every normal provider requires your valid identity. You have listed mostly EU companies who does "not require" valid customer data. That is not true, they need to know to who are they selling because of MOSS law and because of possible abuse which will most likely happen in your case because you are hiding something. Now you will say "i am not hiding anything". Yeah right, fake signup data, hidden ip, bitcoin payment, sounds legit...

What information did they provide that isn't correct?

I'm not trusting my details to a bunch of Russians and Turkish folk who are VPS re-sellers

Then why did you try to orderfrom them? Do you even anything about Nodisto and their brands?

Do you think I am stupid?

Do you really want me to answer that question?

  • @mullvad said:

Just curious, what information they provided are/were incorrect? I seem to miss it even though I read the whole thread.

Also, the companies you listed which does not require correct information are also mostly non-US based, why do you trust them?

  • drserver you stupid twat. I am not running a spam operation you dumb idiot.

You are so so wrong. Some providers don't give a shit. They won't ask for personal info.

mikho I read good reviews about winity.io on this very forum. So I tried their service.

What a shit service they offer. No privacy. Shit support. I'm sure they spy on users too.

I don't really give a shit what you think mate. Remove your head from your ass mate.

I'm not doing anything illegal. No spam, warez, porn, fraud, hacking. That's the truth.
