    By Default all our VMs build with hot add/remove of CPU and RAM built in, which needs a small kernel reservation.

    If you are happy to reboot when you want to scale, just drop a support ticket to reclaim the ram.

    Now this is an amazing offer :)
    It's worth mentioning my server with them is working pretty good. No complaint with the server itself. (Minus the last time when the setup took way too much time)

    I highly recommend @dediserve for your needs, mainly for servers in production mode.

    I run 3 VM's there and those are to keep. Their last 1GB promo is simply too good to be true (but it is!). Their tech team is topnotch and always online, both via ticket or through livechat.

    Without a doubt, my favourite provider EVER.

    SG is in the next few days, and the hardware is en route to HK at the moment.

    Got the 2GB server since today in Frankfurt. The server is really great, takes 16 secs for generating 20k primes with both cores using sysbench, 524MB/s i/o, performance feels really good, as well as the network, support is fast. You really get the 200MBit and even a bit more (used the GetIPAddress EU Speedtest). Sure it's not the cheapest but you get an awesome server as well. Great!!
