I ordered this and it seems very good so far. The ordering process is a little non-intuitive and maybe they need to work a little on the explanations and the wording, but apart from that it is very good.
Their support was very quick too - had two queries, one about validating a VAT number and removing VAT and the other about the invoicing - both were answered very quickly, within several minutes.
Also the minimum instance costs less than 1.44 EUR / month. I managed to create one that costs 0.0017488EUR per hour, which is about 1.25EUR / month (192MB RAM and 0 swap). Feels quite fast too, no lag or anything like that.
For this price it is an excellent deal for a DDoS protected service in the EU. Probably the cheapest one available that doesn't suck and is from a real company.
So far i can recommend it. Will see how it works in the long term.

For cloud yes, is Milan. For Cloud you can choose between Milan and Frankfurt. For Monitor: Milan, Amsterdam,london,singapore and New York.
We had now in beta he cloud around the globe, but is in beta for some big customer, so no news about it :-)

Yes promo for existing customer are most oriented for > 50€ add fund because most of customers are medium/big companies that prefer add 1000-2000 at time to had large discounts.
