I'm going to put this out there. If your ticket hasn't been answered in the last 12 hours feel free to bump it, email me (admin[at]bluevm.com) about it or hop on IRC. We have staff in the US and the UK so most timezones should be covered.
I've contacted WHMCS they're taking a look into it.
