Im looking some 500GB or 1TB servers just for backup, can be 100mbps or 1Gbps. would like to know cheap prices, and i am not going to move so much files monthly, maybe 250-400GB bandwithd

FTP, SFTP and RSYNC backups from cpanel servers, location is not important.

What about R1Soft based service? That works well with cPanel, you can use their plugin so your users can restore their files without your intervention.
