Looking for freeNAS storage VPS

edited February 2015 in Requests

Currently looking for a VPS that supports FreeNAS.

Due to the fact that FreeNAS now requires two disks, I will need one disk for freeNAS and one for storage

Specs:

  • CPU: x1
  • RAM: 1G
  • Storage: 100G+ & 4G (FreeNAS)
  • BW: 500G
  • Price =<$7

We can do this for $10~ with 250GB HDD on a VMWARE host. Unmetered 1Gbits burst connection located in France.

https://secure.bigvps.io/cart.php?gid=6 add 1* Ram when ordering.

    ack!

Never knew you guys had support for multiple disks, or were running on VMWare. I've submitted a ticket :)

(Side note, after testing, I discovered that freeNAS runs very poorly with low ram and have decided on open media vault instead.)

We're very flexible, we've also got some private LANS

Yes, I should have mentioned that freeNAS requires 8GB RAM min, so i'm told.

I run it at a customers site with 512 mb RAM. Not virtual though

    The older version I'm guessing?
