Disable Spam Assassin and Clamd Centos and VestaCP

So I have a VPS running centos 6-x86 and I followed the Vestacp guide to install and I installed spam assassin and clamd but I get no emails unless I stop them from the services tab in Vestacp. Is there a way to disable both of them permanently? I am afraid if my server re-starts that the services will as well and kill my email. Thanks

I think that you may have to hire someone to help you because there is not even the least of information to have a clue.
