Google Analytics is showing inaccurate data with GeoDNS?

Hello,
I've a domain hosted on 2 different servers (GeoDNS). But, it seems to me Google Analytics is showing wrong data when I'm using GeoDNS. Doesn't Analytics play well with GeoDNS? Anyone knows about it?
