The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA for Short) is a USA Based Law.. So, On technically Anywhere that is NOT in the United States of America is DMCA Free, as there is no Law Binding them to it, this does not apply if the Owner of the company is based in say, Florida but has servers in Sealand. As the Owner would be bound by American Laws.
So, Dispite that. go to Russia to host your 1337 Warez & Pirated Movies and TV shows. If a host on here is going to Rent to you knowing what you're wanting, they too shouldn't be here. as $7 USD isn't worth going to Prison over.

i don't think he is asking something unreasonable, he wants a seedbox to download stuff so he can sync back to home and perhaps share it with a few ppl, most large seedbox company does not have Telia(at least the few that i know), and certainly not everyone knows what is seedbox. Not to mention, most of the time seedbox is way over leb price range.
the past few looking for seedbox thread came out with some suggestion, but as soon as a chinese guy throw up the question even with a little bit more specific requirement he gets trolled by google links and unrelated comments.

@Jonchun: We can just point him in the right direction as well, not everyone here are familiar with terms like seedbox either or it might be that they're just trying to ask a known and good choice amongst many useless ones.
We don't need to be d..kheads all the time. Many such topic here turns out to a topic where everyone blames the OPs for incompetency or ignorance. Not everyone is good at English either.

For examples I do torrent at home for Series. Be it English, American, Korean or Japanese. There are stuff I can't find here.
Software is another issue. One "should" buy it.
But as for me, I don't see myself as a moral police. After all rights and wrongs may differ.
