Yes, you can.
Yap, although the IP address shown would be wrong (I think it will show your internal IP or the IP of the host, can't remember which one). I actually got it to run on one of my LES boxes.

@spammy I also have a LES in Dallas. so how can i add it to Nodequery control panel on their website ?
Follow the instructions when you add a server, it is a one line command that the system will generate for you and you can just copy and paste. Can't get any easier than that
NodeQuery, yes it works over NAT too; just follow the standard setup guide.
