LAN proxy filtering with HTTPS

I have been looking at filtering HTTP/S traffic on the LAN here via proxy, ideally via an appliance, but I cannot seem to find anything that is GPL/Free.. I would like to filter/report etc.

Anyone here have a solution?

    Use PFSense as a firewall and install Squid + Diladele Web Proxy. Then you can use Lightsquid or Sarge for some stats etc.
