I don't think ip systems ltd is with NAT.. It has dedicated IP address. So does budgetvz.

At the end I've got IP Systems and they now are not answering me, I cannot access solusVM panel with password they provided me with confirmation email and I cannot receive email for password recovery.

A quick search here in LET returns some positive remarks too. My tickets have been answered promptly, Stable, no issues so I have no complaints. I'm just waiting for their Dallas stock before getting another vps from them.
