Uhm, not to be mean, but "best" is not the word I often seen.
Just curious if you guys using SSDs, and what peering network you got?
Also how's the DDoS protection going? Any specified pps could defend?
For Shared Hosting, is it allowed for subdomains? If so, any specified amounts on that?
Any mail service provided?
And most important is, any IP/link for speed or latency test?
If anyone of the above doesn't meet the common understanding of "best", then "better choice" might be the phrase you're looking for.
