  • Please hire a sysadmin. We are not your personal army of sysadmins :)

  • @0xdragon wanna be one ? :)

  • please not making funny of me, i am here asking for help. And not asking to installed by you. I need some tutorial step by step to install it no more.

    If even says you can visit him on his IRC channel. Stop whining in a forum.

    It's literally given step by step there.

    Visit him on IRC (as in the step by step manual) otherwise, don't expect someone to take a step-by-step and dumb it down further without paying.

  • @GStanley then do you mind write down the step by step for me ? willingly to pay for it ? or anyone else

  • + --------------------------- +
    + The server status project +
    + --------------------------- +
    Requires:
    * Net/Ping
    * SQLite3 PHP Module
    * statsend - https://github.com/dimecadmium/statsend
    * jstatsend - https://github.com/nikkiii/jstatsend (FOR WINDOWS ONLY)
    Please report any bugs or feature requests you may encounter.
    - If you do not have a github account feel free to contact me on IRC: irc.dairc.net 6667 #nikki
    Installing:
    - Install statsend (or jstatsend) on remote machines
    - Make the servers.db file writable by your webserver user
    Optional:
    - copy "index.php" to your public website directory
    - copy the rest to "/usr/local/status" and update the config url
    - Use "modify.php" to modify the database, examples:
    - php modify.php --add --uid= --hostname= --provider= --node=node
    - php modify.php --delete=
    - php modify.php --disable=
    - php modify.php --enable=
    Updating:
    - Move your database to a different file (Like servers.db.old)
    - Download the new database into the same directory as modify.php
    - Run modify.php like so: php modify.php --convert=servers.db.old
    - Use any SQLite program to insert keys (Can be a password but has to be unique per machine!) to enable statsend

    Free of charge. Hell Nikkiii provided it.

    If you can't follow that rather simple step by step, wait until @0xdragon has a hosted version, as it's hard to spell it out further than that without interaction, which us sysadmins hate.

  • @0xdragon do you have hosted one like this or maybe even better ? willingly to paid for it.
    I just need some help to monitoring my server. not to being joked

  • Finally, check this LET thread from 2012 which had @NIckM with OpenStatus, which from him is Niikkiii's status page with several mods and features.

    It came upon when someone had issues installing the same script as you.

    Hell it has a .deb package and a repo.

    Godspeed young one!

    Nekki

    Actually this is my repository/github, not Nekki's :)

    This repository is VERY old, there's a few other better versions out there like https://github.com/mojeda/ServerStatus and https://github.com/mojeda/ServerStatus/tree/beta, at least until v2.1 is completed (servers.meow.tf runs it, based off laravel rather than plain php)

  • I feel compelled to add my personal touch to the bootstrap UI.
