Not recommended. The quality of service really did go downhill with the time and they are going to announce "big changes" soon.
That said, if you still want to go with them, Cloud Shards (one of their brands) has nearly the same offers on KVM instead of OVZ (but not unmetered).

Uhm, me not specialist in Videostuff but x 100GB disk ... and sth. like 1TB traffic? Maybe I'm wrong but I guess that such a Videosite would need quite some traffic, too, no?
What about an S3 compatible storage service? That way you can put the images/videos up as objects then use the http interface to serve them.
We have S3 available nationally in the US and slowly rolling out in European locations.
