Well i opened a ticket two days ago. How or why you serve service? OVH support faster.. which is huu.

But anyway i want to try the service so i wait for the reply.

Got reply. At this time dedicated server only. So W8

  • i'm waiting 12 days for now since registration and ticket inside their CP

Uh.. well.. you could wait as they paused their VPS line at this time...

But you could order dedicated server , right!

  • Before zare.co.uk, i thought ovh support is slowest and helpless.

    God, how I was wrong!

No one is immune from any force majeure.

Guys, i have job, i have some plans too. If you can't provide me a service, or you have any technical troubles just say to me about it in ticket! Just answer! Please don't hiding! And i will find another operator who can do it. But current situation is bad, because i dunno "do you have any VPS"? Or you just slow? Or you have technical issues? Why you said here about

"Hey guys, currently due to demand we are manually accepting accounts, really sorry about this."

Why not to answer it to ticket???

With one transit carrier... It's all worthless when that carrier goes down which apparently it has multiple times so your servers completely inaccessible

  • They reply about switch to KVM from OVZ and it takes a while, so create new VPS function disabled.

yep, only after posting about it on LET.

    +1

  • I think they are 2 people running both Nitrous Networks and Zare, the first company has over 6,000 servers active now(game servers), so I can understand why the support is so terrible. With their low prices I can't really see how they can hire more staff either..
