That website does not exist.
AFAIK, as the license name implies, it only utilizes 1 core out of your current 6 cores server. If this is the bottleneck then there is no benefit in adding more cores. For cost efficiency you should try other webserver or configs. Or if budget really allows it you could try upgrading the license and see if it helps reducing the load.
That is why considering switching to Nginx ... (I am using Nginx for some sites on a different server) I am sorta disappointed with current server (as well as LSWS)
Check for bad bots and during high load run this
high load - how many connections active with IP
netstat -plan|grep :80|awk {'print $5'}|cut -d: -f 1|sort|uniq -c|sort -nk 1
which ip has the most connections
netstat -an | grep :80 | sort
