Allocations From ARIN

Hello everybody -
Has anyone here had any experience with getting an allocation from ARIN? We have just sent in the application and we are awaiting approval, can anybody tell me how long it usually takes to get the approval and the allocation. If anyone who has actually had an allocation from them can you PM me as I have a couple of questions to ask.

Took us two business days IIRC. As long as your documentation is solid and you pay quickly, they should be fast.
Yes, we received our allocations very quickly. It took a few business days.
Took about a week for us due to some issues and because they don't do anything on the weekends.
Am I going the right way, I requested an organization record and awaiting the approval.
Do ARIN have the 3K Fee like RIPE?

It says a minimum of a /20.
Is that enforced for a VPS provider who doesn't even need that many.

If you are not multi-homed, yes.
Minimum for multi-homed is a /22 (same price as a /20).
