I don't know, but I'd highly recommend Resell.biz domain reseller. It's the same platform that Resellersclub uses however they have better support, better prices, and don't enable selling of any other products (hosting, servers, ssl) that resellerclub does. I consider this a plus because you don't have to worry about accidentally enabling these products and competing with yourself. Resellerclub hosting is trash anyway and their certs are overpriced.

Yes, Hexonet is pretty nice.
I've used Hexonet in the past (several years ago), and they were perfectly fine back then.
