Hello,

I need a dedicated server come with a control panel which can reinstall OS of the dedicated server anytime.

Allow legal adult material.

DMCA friendly just in case.(I'm currently with mycustomhosting.net for half a year and never get a DMCA complain.)

Server location EU( I don't want to get into trouble because of DMCA complain)

Reliable hardware and network

No setup fee

No OVH(I can't buy server from them)

Accept Paypal

Either one of the three is OK for me at the moment.

CPU (cpubenchmark.net score 4000+)

RAM 8GB

DISK 1TB HDD

BW 5TB

BUDGET: $25/month

    $50 a month for 32GB RAM? I highly doubt you can get that from any company other than OVH and maybe Online.net

    I will recomment to start with resellerhosting after you get 5 clients go for VPS and after you get your 30+ clients go for dedicated.

    Just a recommendation. Of course if he/she have more clients should go for dedi.

    I think as others have said your budget is quite low for your requirements. Additionally you should have at least two hard drives in RAID 1 for something as critical as providing web hosting.

    What is your requirements in terms of location?

    Online.net doesn't accept Paypal at the moment.
