    Yeah I get all this, I made a VM no problem. I just don't understand how to setup their reserve ip's in proxmox to use them on VMs.

    are you trying to create an OVZ or KVM? in KVM you input your fail over IP when you are installing the OS there will be an option something like manual configuration for your IP

    i try before but KVM only works with NAT, i have no time to follow but this is OVH official how-to
