Emails Bounce Back No PTR
Every time I try send an email to ...@btinternet.com it bounces back with
SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
host mx.bt.lon5.cpcloud.co.uk [65.20.0.49]: 521 rgin02.bt.ext.cpcloud.co.uk Service not available - no PTR record for 11.123.456.1
I have PTR set and mxtool box shows it is working fine, I'm running cPanel.

Forget about my dig dump, I didn't even realize that the IP was a fake one until now. Shame on me... Anyways, are you sure the PTR was set properly? How long ago did you do it? Maybe it didn't fully propagate yet.
@n1kko is your IP really xxx.xxx.xxx.1?
Naah he definitely replaced it with fake numbers, I didn't notice the "456" before too
With this tool you can trace DNS delegation:

Have you set rDNS @n1kko?
BT is very restrictive about incoming emails and will reject any emails that don't meet certain requirements (SPF, PTR etc...) You need to set a PTR that matches the server name.
The IP above is fake yes.
PTR matches server name and spf and dkim are all set
@wych rDNS all good
Please PM me the full message including bounce ID.
Try to resolve your ptr against their nameservers and see for yourself where the problem is or just email them.
Keep in mind their DNS likely only respond to queries from their own IPs.
