Selling ready-to-go & live VPS business
Hello guys,
sorry for potentially being off-topic here, but I couldn't find the right category for this.
I consider selling one of our purely openVZ based hosting-businesses
(no, I'm not selling EDIS ;-)
We're selling a package of a live & ready-to-go OpenVZ hosting infrastructure in 6 countries, whole client-base, ready-to-go WHMCS billing system which just needs your own paypal credentials to be dropped in as well as the brand and its reputation and the hardware on which the setup runs.
This is your chance to start-off with openVZ vps in 6 countries
(Austria, Iceland, Netherlands, USA, Liechtenstein, Switzerland).
Premium infrastructure is part of the deal which mainly consists of 1U Supermicro and 1U HP DL360 G7 and G8 enterprise servers with an average of 200GB RAM and 8x or 10x SAS drives and dual Intel Xeon processors. Hardware is basically new (max. 2 years, some servers are brand new).
List-price of infrastructure involved is around 140K US$.
Monthly stable turnover which comes with this package is roughly
11K US$ /month and is growing every month.
If you're interested, just get in touch with me.
Cheers,
Gerhard Kleewein

Stop trolling him!
@ExPl0ReR I wish you the best of luck finding a buyer! $140k is a big lump of a cash :-) I'd go for it if I could. I don't think my alternative solution works for you!
Would be nice to keep around LET, but you might have better luck at https://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=184

just curious....will $8 have a better chance?
$8.01
2 years for hardware age is not new, you need to include at least replacement hard drives for free.
You didn't mention the profit levels, you mentioned $11k/mo revenue, but how much is profit? Welcome to the reality that hardware isn't worth much of anything when selling your business, only profits matter.
Thanks guys for all your input!
As indicated, 140K is the list-price of the hardware.
The business itself is not included in this price.
This is all enterprise hardware and we have replacement-disks in all locations.
Lifetime of such servers is 5+ years.
As I said, all emails are welcome.
I also like the $7 and $8 offers, will definitely consider you guys after you send your bank-warranty for 7 ur 8 million US$ ;-)
wht will be your best bet
Is the list price when you purchased it (2 years ago?) or what you consider the current market value?
