there are many providers with $7 but I need cheaper. My requirements are

CPU- 1 core
RAM - 1gb
Storage - 10-15 gb
Bandwidth- 500gb (higher the better)
Location: USA (Must be USA)
OS: Windows server 2008 or 2012

I will bring my own license.

Budget is less than $6

they don't seem to offer windows, also I read comments they say XenPV does not support windows
