Nodequery doesn't have any Open Source code. (https://github.com/nodequery/nq-agent) uses the lower half of the MIT, but nothing else - hense, the licence defaults. That said, the snippet could be considered fair use.
Most of the OS licences prevents those terms from coming into effect anyway.
