Firefox blankscreen on Windows 8.1

I'm running Windows 8.1 on Laptop. My Firefox (latest ver 34.0.5) show blankscreen but still working (not show "no responsing" on task manager). I tried again again many solutions but still failed. What wrong in there? Anyone have issues like me?

@TinyTunnel_Tom if reinstall FF my history, bookmark will lost. i afraid if resync FF will have same issues

Hmm, I don't know anyother way sadly. This is the only one that worked for me

Yep, i've had this issue last week and its quiet annoying. Havent tried re-installing it yet.

I had this issue before, and had to reinstall Firefox

To backup Firefox history, bookmark..... you can use this tool

Just copy your user profile folder, it contains all bookmarks, history, preferences, etc.

Or just install over instead of uninstall and install again?

Disable Hardware Acceleration.

Open firefox –> Go to tools –> click “Options”
Click “Advanced” Tab –> Go to “General” SubTab
Uncheck “Use hardware acceleration when available” to disable it.

This problem was introduced in version 33.
It has something to do with the graphic drivers and FF. See this page: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1025988
To start FF in safe mode to turn off Hardware acceleration, hold shift down when starting FF.

Run -> 'firefox.exe -ProfileManager'

And create new profile....

or simply use mozilla sync!

Thank all, i have disabled hardware acceleration on FF. I'm running and wait it happen again?
