Iniz support
What happened to iniz support, i have submitted a ticket and waiting for their reply since several hours. our vps is down and waiting for their reply. do you have any idea regarding to contact them in fastest way? as its shared hosting vps and no one to up it, even control panel of vps is not working to restart.

"since several hours" <--- you should wait at least 24 hours IMO.
I know everyone hope to see the downtime issue could be fixed quickly in minutes/hours.
but as lowend unmanaged VPS, you have to expect the ticket response time to 24 hours...
it's not worth to post here as blame or something just after several hours.
