KVM only

3 CPU cores minimum

3 GB RAM minimum

40-50 GB SSD Drive (SSD ONLY, no HD no SSD cached.)

No Samsung knockoff SSD drives ala GoodHosting.

1Gbps uplink

200 GB bandwidth. May require up to 500 GB total in the future.

2x IPV4 addresses

(2 more IPV4 IP's may be required in the future. Justification will be provided and willing to pay reasonable prices.)

Ability to mount user supplied Windows Server 2008r2 or 2012 install ISO's. (I will have my client supply the activation keys.)

Location: USA Midwest to west or Canada west of Ontario.
Other locations will not be considered.

Required Date: Between next week and Jan. 01, 2015.

Budget: To $20.00 USD per month.
