Sorry , we run very limited number of virtual servers per node to ensure quality of service.

No , you can keep your vps/data but upgrading it to 1GB which will give you faster environment.

Download and upload (via speedtest.net) are both 40Mb/s.
PING is <170 from Hebei Province, China. (ISP:China Telecom) Latency (via shadowsocks) even better than many LAX VPSes.
