I buy a vps from cheapvpsllc in blackfriday , and I found the my network are not suitable with his network , maybe my ISP's issus . Then I apply a refund , I just use the vps 15 hours , my service have been cancel and they don't refund for me , I submit tickets every three day, no one answer it , and email to the [email protected] , that is the only one address I found in his websit .

Now 9 days pass, it still have no one process , how can I do ? Is the staff here ?

Just try with chargeback thru paypal or your creditcard.

• We do give refunds for full months unused, not partial months, and billing is only done on full month or annual terms.
• If you decide to cancel after prepayment, you will not receive a refund for the current month in use (we do not give partial months refunds).
