Webuzo migrate from cPanel to Webuzo not working anyone migrated?

Hello, i am trying to migrate cpanel to webuzo but i keep getting some errors,:

2 emails sent to me>>

1. Full Backup Comlpeted!

Now i see this in the email everything else shows no errors but this does:

Net::FTP=GLOB(0x2517d38)<<< 550 Can't change directory to /home/username/webuzo_migration: No such file or directory

2.Oops !!! Could not create Backup from cPanel !!!

Please try again !!!

Hmm? So has anyone moved cpanel to webuzo using the cpanel importer inside the webuzo end user panel? Basically i can not move from cpanel to webuzo unless i do it manually which is way to much work with all the sites i run.

    In case you have root access so better to go with manual migration.

    Much easy on different panels than doing it through transfer tool.

    I even don't know webuzo!

    however tar.gz would be good for any panel

    Well, there is this note on the feature

    Note : This feature is in the BETA stage at the moment.

    And I'm thinking this limitation might become a problem:

    the name of the Webuzo user should be the same as the cPanel Username

    Read more on their documentation, maybe check for the log file. If it's a bug, maybe ask/send to @virtualizor

    Thanks guys i sent a ticket to webuzo they are looking into it now, at this time i am not a premium webuzo customer so i do not expect fast support when i am paying nothing but as soon as they figure it out i will be buying premium. I like webuzo big software company who own it, and it is nice to use, i think the cpanel migration is just this issue which is something they need to sort out asap.

    Ok thank you. Please close this thread a new version of webuzo will be released in a few days with some fixes to cpanel migration. @admins
