I am searching for a cheap yearly VPS which has a good latency to germany.
It should has at least these specs:

• 1-2 x vCPU
• 128-256 MB RAM
• 3 GB HDD (SSD ?)
• 25GB Bandwidth
• 1Gbps Network
• 1 x IPv4
• Location: Any which has good latency to germany
• Usage: Private Voip Server
• Virt: KVM
• Uptime is important ^_^

Budget : 7-12 USD per year

Really difficult to get with KVM, You can find many with OpenVZ.

I personally just prefer KVM for some reason. I changed my requirements, lowed the ram a bit.

It seems Pielayer offers the most affordable KVM plan in DE.
Just some remarks. According to @harisp offer this plan goes with 10GB HDD space and 100 Mbit uplink.
