xvmlabs and many others still offer boxes for less than that!
Then go with them if that's what you want.

They don't have IPs from that range. Its for one of my project..

Well I thought about 100-200GB bandwidth, lets say 96MB ram and some swap would be useful too. 2GB HDD.

I got a VPS with BandwagonHost on that block, you might be able to get it from them, they have a couple of plans under $5/year.

210 - 42 = 168
168 - 4 (the 4 from 42) = 164
164 - 2 (the 2 from 42) = 162
42 = the answer to everything, thus having an IP starting with 162 allows him to do literally anything.
And by coincidence LowEndSpirit in dallas offers NAT IP's with the external starting 162
