I know. But there are still unique ways of writing a ToS/AUP - I've seen different approaches depending on the host (you could say 'personality') but I don't think PURE copy paste is that respectable whether it works or not. Also you could easily challenge a contract/AUP if it is simply copied from another site and 50% of the things are incorrect.
