ColoCrossing caught in Spamhaus's crossfire once again
Hello,
Hope you'll be interested to know this : http://www.spamhaus.org/sbl/query/SBL240293
Not sure what's wrong with them & why they don't address complaints.

ColorCrossing?
@Sady, yeah, I saw that too. Spamhaus have been cyberbullying a lot of providers lately and it's become very clear to many that their morals, methods, and purposes are rather questionable.
From my personal experience with ColoCrossing, they truly do work hard on spam prevention. However, it does not seem to matter to SpamHaus when it comes to these escalations where they blacklist an entire subnet as large as /15 and 16... It's ridiculous if you ask me...
That is a serious problem, I mean spamhaus.
We have a few incidents a week with various issues, latest really involved spamhaus and we caught a botnet c&c with their listing, but most of them are either terminated before the listing or by listing in barracuda, senderbase or uceprotect. Most of the time spamhaus zen DOES NOT list real spammers.
I suppose they are after some competitors of other spammers because they get really aggravated if you host one of their targetted people, such as the "well-known" of which almost nobody heard, probably, "flooring" scheme. I think they should leave politics and do their job instead otherwise they will be increasingly irrelevant, and nobody will lose out more than them. I think we already see this trend.
Spamhaus are a more sophisticated form of extortionists & bullies.
This is definitly not worth a new thread in my opinion. there was another spamhaus thread involving colocrossing - why not just bump that one with whatever you think is worth adding?
This is about ColorCrossing, not ColoCrossing ;-)
