If this true! what cost to buy whmcs licence has been used.

If its an owned licence you could buy it second hand. Not a lot of point buying a monthly licence second hand as you can just get them for like $5 a month from some places.

Their usually $50 cheaper buying them second hand, if not cheaper. Check on WebHostingTalk.

Take a look at some of the huge companies that offer re-seller hosting. You can get it bundled in a lot of the time. Just take a look around.
