Guys Please Help Me.
i want a irc bot it should be coded in mirc or python or tcl.
i just need 1 script which adds a znc user through webpanel
and also need a !request script please make me these 2 scripts and reward is to get admin in my bnc service

Whoever does that for you would probably want more then just an admin on your bot.

This site is mainly for Low end VPS & Related, not so much coding and IRC / BNC Stuff. Plus, everyone and their mom can setup a irc bouncer. There's a plethora of tutorials on it, and then there's the sea of free bnc providers as well.
You'll most likely have to offer a cash reward to see attempt this.
You're best bet is to code a bot within znc, i made a bot for sBNC which runs as a normal user inside sbnc, no need to make all the "glue" code then...
