Should change the name because that seems like you are deceiving people if that is not real dedicated pi?
AV-Comparatives.org shows that Avast is one of the worst anti-virus programs in the false positive and file detection tests. You would do better with Windows Defender.
Windows defender is actually quite good IMO, never let me down.. that coupled with MalwareBytes and you're good to go.
It's not an actual raspberry pi the OS choices give you 64 bit and 32 bit CentOS and yes it's confusing...
