  • @aggressivenetworks Welcome, yes as mentioned we intend to keep server less crowded with at max 25 to 26 clients per server until we get bigger servers which we are planing to get soon.

    We are just starting with large scale public vps offering to general public and we donot want to ruin our customers experience so I guess our loss customers profit :)

    Recently we had an iprange outage due to spammer using our new services and they got our ip range blocked.Due to this we suffered a huge downtime as action taken by our DC.

    But this issue has been dealt with.Also we have sent an email explain as to why our services were down.

    Plus we will provide the proper credit back to your account for this outage.

    Please open a ticket with billing department if you haven't received credit back for this.
