@VPSRAIDSolutions do you realize that you can be arrested by the Indian police (local police / cybercrime) if you facilitate pirated activity?...
A single police complaint by anyone related (not necessarily the producer) is enough to take your service down and arrest you (read about recent piracy news related arrests (a guy got arrested recently just for creating a facebook account) and if possible consult a lawyer if you dont trust me) and you being a proprietorship are liable for every single penny of the damages claimed and the courts can summon to seize an sell your personal property to claim that. Eg. A cd seller in my city (chennai) is facing cases in Supreme Court (Delhi) for selling a few pirated disney cd's.
Please do not risk everything you aim for your business and yourself just for a lousy $7/month. Just because someone does it, you do not have to do it. Let the guys in countries which don't bother about IP rights handle it. I suggest you do not touch these sort of customers with a 100yard stick.

Well your thought and understanding to the above is wrong.
Let me put the Indian Penal Code in Layman (please do not take this as a derogatory term as some people do, tis mean to be read as common man) terms.....
Theft is a crime, Providing asylum to a thief is a crime, Aiding a thief on his thefts is a crime, storing stolen goods is a crime, selling stolen goods is a crime, distributing stolen goods is a crime.
On top of the above, you have to deal with the Crpc (Criminal Procedure code), Intellectual Property Laws, the Cybercrime Laws plus an additional civil suit.
And not to mention being media fodder

Same applies (currently) to Spain. We do not like it much though due to DDoS risks and the bunch of stupid DMCA senders that have no idea that it's legal and get lawyers and stuff that cost massive time to get rid off.
If you're only going embed the code and not host the file on your server, DMCA shouldn't be much of a problem though you cant say it for sure. If you want a true offshore hosting then look for a Russia hosting, You will never hear from DMCA again.
A lot of hosts dont have to / dont need to follow DMCA take down notices, with our servers being out of the US and such we dont. But we do and will follow copyright laws, so if we (and any host should really do this) are informed that you have illegal activity, they will take action. I dont know many hosts that will ignore that.
Well, I wouldn't say it's completely legal to share it. It is only legal if you download it only. If you upload only a kbyte they can have legal actions agianst you. However there're very few cases regarding this.
