ProvisionHost offers 256MB for $30/year - https://www.provisionhost.com/virtual-servers
Over your budget I know, but Toronto lowend offers are rare.
http://list.lowendserv.net/
Search for Toronto.
Provision host has 128MB for 13.33 per year.
''EDIT:'' There is also lunanode, their server is less stable than PH (Had a few outages) but the disk space and RAM amount is more generous.
https://www.atlantic.net/vps/vps-hosting/ for $0.99/month , 256mb RAM 1TB Bandwidth
Didn't realize that was still offered I have one -- excellent service.
I can recommend Kihi - http://www.kihihosting.com/pricing
Me to, but they're not in Toronto
I've got Florida close to toronto. We have our 128mb plans @ 0.80 per month / $6 per year.
P.S To prevent further making-fun-of , comment was made based on ping from FL node to Toronto Node.
Don't be rediculous. Florida is (a) 2,000 km from Toronto, and (b) in a different country.
As someone who lives in Toronto, I can say that is quite possibly the dumbest thing ever posted on LET. Maybe the entire Internet.
More like 4500 Kilometers...
Distance from India to Toronto is probably approximately the same as distance from India to Florida
Not trying to be a racist, just trying to rationalize @VPSRAIDSolutions 's thinking.
we provide services in toronto. if you are interest simply email sales at lunanode.com and we can work out something for you.
No he's right its 2k kms , Close in the sense the ping from my node was about 40~46 ms to a ip in toronto. I've never mentioned in terms of kms. However If intrested @OP can contact me.
As for others I've got nothing to say.
Well, it doesn't matter. The OP said Toronto, it makes no sense to offer him something in Florida...
True , Offered just incase.

@ACaton @sleddog @zhuanyi
It still 'murica ain't it?
^^
Just trolling for another "what is 'murica?" argument aren't ya?
LOL. No, not quite. Everytime someone says "Merica" I always think of that movie Team America : World Police and the song they start to sing, America F Ya! Funny stuff.
Florida is close to Toronto... heh. There aren't very many US cities on the east coast further from Toronto than Florida.
CaratNetworks have some cheap VPS
Wouldn't New York make a lot more sense if OP wants something US based for a Low End price?
Buffalo is actually much closer to Toronto than New York (unless you're talking about the state in general and not the city).
