Hostus.us Down ?
One of myy VPS with with them is down since a while and unfortunately I was running an adwords campaign on one of the hosted domains. Sheer bad luck.
Even their main website hostus.us is displaying the default Apache page. I have sent them a ticket but I am really worried. How can hosts have their own website down ?

Not sure what wrong but they also went down few days ago.
Anyway you should not worry as Alex knows what he is doing.

Be patient and i am sure that everything will be ok.
Seems like their website is hosted with INIZ - their NY3 node suffered a RAID failure and complete data loss just days before.
Just need to wait, my server is down too.

My VPS is still down tho. I can ping the IP gateway but not my server's IP. Oh well, they never let me down in 5+ months of service, so I'll wait and see if it gets up.
Whats ypur VPS IP? Our portal is online (https://my.hostus.us) and all nodes are online, sounds like your VPS has been suspended. So please submit a ticket.
