Need cheap vps in Europe with these specs

Hello. I'm looking for cheap yearly vps in EU to be used in a cluster of nginx-rtmp re-streamers (occasionally events only, not 24/7, extremely low cpu/ram real use)

The price:

No more than 5$ per year

The specs:

• 64-128MB RAM
• ~600MHz CPU power
• 4-5GB HDD
• 500GB-1TB bandwidth

Prefer one ipv4 but I will be OK with just ipv6 and NAT ports from an ipv4 (no less than 10 ports)

I need Europe locations, will buy ~10 choosing from various offers (if there are lot of them)

PS: I do not want lowendspirit, i-83, drserver because I already have them! :-)

Or double ram and vswap and 1 extra gb space for 4euro
