Looking for a dedicated server in a 40$-50$ range with 16 gigs ram and 2x2TB's.

OVH wouldn't be in Germany, though...
serverbidding currently have an Intel Core i7-2600/16 GB/2 x 3 TB for 30.00 € per month...
Leaseweb had some cheap deals (second hand servers I guess) from time to time but I can't find the page on their new website (anyone knows if they still do that?)
I've read many bad reviews about hetzner... So are they only option?

Hetzner is a better option as Webtropia.

@heihachi88 Yeah i have/had no issues, but they had DDOS/Packetloss issues i dont know if it is to 100% fixed now.
For how long u're using them? What's your config?
I am a client since 2011, used them for about 6 months, no issues. And now from 2014 again no issues so far. Just a i7, with 16/32 gig and 2x 2TB/3TB.
Hetzner have always been good for me, they have some nice deals on their server auction right now. i7 3770 for 31 euro..
