Looks like a pretty good price.
For comparison on a similar spec'd machine with us (i3-4150, 16GB ram, 2TB disk) you would be looking at retail rate of $99/month without any specials or promotions. The larger difference is 6TB data vs unmetered. If the bandwidth/network is decent, that's a great rate that you found.
In b4 OVH/Kimsufi.
Not a big fan of desktop grade hardware for server use. You can get a much better E3 CPU for less than that price and it will be almost 2x more powerful.
