What does this means...? (FlipHost)
As I was giving FlipHost a tryout yesterday, as their promotion are quite attractive, but when I scroll down a bit to the footer, I saw the link of the parent company (Link posted above) shows:
Status
Inactive - Administratively Dissolved (Tax)
Wow, it stunned me alot...
As a HongKonger, I don't really understand... Or, should I trust this company?

As i remember this company is registered in both US and AU. Looks like AU registration is still active as per https://connectonline.asic.gov.au/RegistrySearch/faces/landing/bySearchId.jspx?searchId=159953938&searchIdType=BUSN&_adf.ctrl-state=d25kzlsox_16
So they are now an 100% aussie company

@lifehome - it means someone didn't paying their state franchise tax so the SOS shutdown the company
We've been working with the accountant to get it resolved. Just some back and forth. Also it's amazing that you just like to go in everyone's threads and throw weight around. When things happen on your end of course then you keep quiet about it. Please stop. It's quite obvious by now. Not just us.
That's something in the works. Not 100% what you say but something's happening in that space.
@concerto49 - you're blowing this out of proportion. If you want to reinstate your company, just pay the fine and back taxes and its done. Its nothing major. BUT you need to be careful that it doesn't flag on any of your suppliers/colo providers D&B reports otherwise they'll get very antsy

i am sure that they will be ok, i am also recommending them. If i trust them and i live from drserver i am somehow sure that you can trust them also. Harry and whole team are great guys and true professionals.
